My item is faulty and I'd like a refund

Sorry to hear you've had an issue with one of our products. We are happy to exchange your item for a new one. Please provide us with the information required below in order to process the exchange/refund. Unfortunately we can only process refunds for items purchased directly from us.

Please upload an image of the faulty item.  We may be able to inspect the jewellery via a photo and then process your exchange without having the item returned to us.

My item has not arrived

UK Customers please allow 4 days for Royal Mail deliveries, your tracking details have been emailed to you and you can track and trace your parcel on their website.

Orders placed for delivery via DHL will be with you before 1pm the next working day.  Please note, orders must be placed before 2pm for next day delivery and orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday. 

International Customers please allow 3-5 days for your deliery to arrive and refer to your tracking details which will have been emailed to you. 

If your order was placed over 5 days ago and you still haven't received it please get in touch and we'll see if we can find out what's happened.

I've placed an order but I'd like to add to it/change it

We do our best to get your order out to you as soon possible and there's only a short time when changes can be made.

I haven't received a tracking number

No problem. Please provide us with your order number and your email address and we'll send it over to you.

I'm trying to place an order but my discount code doesn't work

This could be down to the item you are purchasing as our discount codes don't apply to sale or charity items.  Please make sure you are typing the code correctly with no additional spaces.  Let us know if you are still having trouble.

I haven't received a free bracelet / my free bracelet isn't automatically in my basket

Our 3 for 2 bracelet deal will only apply when the correct quantity has been added to your basket.  The cheapest of the three bracelets will be received free of charge.  If you add more than one of these deals to your basket, the cheapest two in your basket will be free.
