RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Buckley London jewellery, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition* within 30 days of receipt (these terms will be relaxed during the Christmas season).  

Upon receipt of the returned items we will exchange the item, or refund the credit/debit card, (or Paypal account) used for purchase, minus the delivery charges.

*When trying on jewellery, please do not wear perfume/aftershave or cosmetics which may leave a scent or marks on the item. The item must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We cannot accept returns of earrings, (unless faulty), due to hygiene reasons.

Faulty Items / I received the wrong item

If the item you received is faulty, or not what you think you ordered, please contact us immediately so we can help. Use our Contact Form to get in touch and make sure you include your order number, name on the order, details of the item received and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

We cannot process refunds for items which were not purchased via our website. Please contact the store where purchased for help with this.

 

UK RETURNS

 We want to make returning your items to us as easy and simple as possible. Returns for UK customers are FREE when using the address below.

  • Please complete our RETURNS FORM and include it in the package with the items you wish to return.
  • Attach the Freepost address to front of package.
  • Take the package to Post Office and obtain proof of postage. You do not need to pay for postage.
  • We will refund or exchange your item as requested up receipt of your item(s).
