RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Buckley London jewellery, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition* within 30 days of receipt.

*When trying on jewellery, please do not wear perfume/aftershave or cosmetics which may leave a scent or marks on the item. The item must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We cannot accept returns of earrings, (unless faulty), due to hygiene reasons.

Upon receipt of the returned items we will exchange the item, or refund* the credit/debit card, (or Paypal account) used for purchase, minus the delivery charges.

*We cannot process refunds for items which were not purchased via our website. Please contact the store where purchased for help with this.



Faulty Items / I received the wrong item:

If the item you received is faulty, or not what you think you ordered, please contact us immediately so we can help. Use our Contact Form page to get the quickest response and we will advise on how to proceed with the return.

We want to make returning your items to us as easy and simple as possible. Returns for UK customers are FREE when using the address below.

  • Please complete our RETURNS FORM and include it in the package with the items you wish to return.
  • Write FREEPOST BUCKLEY LONDON on the front of the package.
  • Take the package to your local Post Office and obtain proof of postage, quote postcode LS5 3AR for their system. You do not need to pay for postage.
  • We will refund or exchange your item as requested upon receipt of your item(s).

Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns for our International Customers, but don’t worry we can still help. Please use our Contact Form page to inform us of the problem and our Customer Service team will give advice how to proceed should you need to return an item to us.
